Meet José Sanders! José is working at our DACH (German speaking countries) customer support department since the beginning of 2022.

She excels in finding solutions when customers have troubles dealing with our products or services. After all it is human work so an unfortunate mistake can always be made. That’s why she handles complaints and inquiries from our customers. She’ll stay in touch with and give advice if there’s anything unclear.
