We would like to introduce you to the faces behind the company.

This is Jelmer Mahieu. In March 2021 Jelmer started as an Engineer/Programmer at FURNS Street Furniture. Since the beginning of this year he also provides programming for the CNC machines of our sister company AWOOD.
Maintaining and updating legacy code, implementing SolidWorks PDM and co-designing a system which links the currently present automation directly with our ERP system, are just a few of his many responsibilities.

Here at FURNS he can practice the 2 aspects he liked most about his mechatronics education, being mechanical engineering and programming. How cool is that!
